Suzhou Coning Polyol Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") values the environmental, social, and economic impacts of the entire product lifecycle. The company recognizes the importance of sustainable procurement in promoting social sustainable development. The company's formulated "Sustainable Procurement Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") outlines the requirements and working methods that the company and its upstream supply chain collectively adhere to. By continually advancing sustainable procurement, the company aims to ensure the long-term sustainable supply of products, reduce product supply risks, and jointly achieve sustainable development goals in environmental, social responsibility, and corporate governance with our stakeholders.


1. Scope

This policy is a public statement applicable to the company's procurement team, various categories of suppliers (and all affiliated enterprises), various categories of service providers, as well as farms and plantations.


2. Principles

2.1 Basic Principles

All parties must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, legal obligations in their respective operating locations, as well as other applicable requirements such as the Supplier Code of Conduct, Business Ethics Code, Anti-Corruption Policy, signed by the group.

The company should prevent bias in all procurement decision-making activities. All suppliers, including local suppliers and small and medium-sized organizations (SMOs), should compete on a basis of equal and fair opportunities, respecting the rights of stakeholders affected by procurement activities.

The company adheres to requirements such as avoiding deforestation, not cultivating peatlands, and not exploiting labor. It encourages sustainable procurement practices and continuous improvement. All parties are encouraged to seek solutions to achieve their sustainable development goals, innovate procurement practices, and achieve more sustainability throughout the entire supply chain.

2.2 Palm Oil Procurement

The company is committed to achieving transparent, traceable, and sustainable palm oil procurement. It encourages palm oil suppliers and plantations to adopt best practices for sustainable palm oil, including but not limited to not logging high conservation value (HCV) or high carbon stock (HCS) forests, not developing new projects on peatlands, not using burning methods for land preparation or clearing, and adhering to human rights policies and protective measures that comply with international standards. Please refer to the "Responsible Palm Oil Procurement Policy" for specific information.

2.3 Procurement of Other Raw Materials

The basic principles of sustainable procurement outlined above also apply to the procurement of other raw materials. The company may update this policy based on other applicable requirements in the future.


3. Complaints and Reporting

If employees or partners of the company discover (or have reasonable suspicion of) any improper or unlawful conduct within their scope of work, they should promptly report to the company or directly complain to the company's general manager (email:sunke@cornigs.com). Whistleblowers will be protected; please refer to the "Whistleblower Protection Policy" for specific information.


4.Policy Review

The company regularly reviews and updates this policy based on legal regulations, its own business development, industry practices, and good standards.
