Provide customized functional polyol products with a wide range of functions

Cornigs Polyols, a leading enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and application of biopolysaccharides, polyols (sugars), bio-based surfactants, and bio-based materials. Founded on synthetic biology and materials science, and utilizing biomaterials through bio-manufacturing methods. Cornigs has secured the first polyol investment project approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and has obtained the first polyol production license issued by the national Food and Drug Administration.

With leading technological strength and exceptional product quality, Cornigs has established core brands including CORNIGS®、CORNITOL®、CornMed®、Cornzymes®. Our business scope spans bio-based polyols, biomaterials, biomedicine, bioproducts, modern agriculture, biochemicals, and new electronic materials. Now the company has formed a R & D team with the State Key Laboratory of Nanjing University of technology, Shenzhen Research Institute of Peking University and Shenzhen Bay laboratory as the core, forming a complete platform for polyol application and in-depth development and transformation, which will provide a strong and sustainable driving force for the later development of the company.


Produce strength


By integrating quality inspection with R&D, platforms for inorganic chemical analysis, instrumental analysis of physicochemical properties, molecular biology experiments, protein preparation, and bioinformatics computing have been established. These platforms meet the self-inspection needs of our own factories and enable comprehensive quality control.

 

Built intelligent production lines based on new bioreactor equipment.

The Cornigs Smart Factory has conducted digital modeling and simulation for the overall workshop design, process flow, and layout. Through the combination of BIM design and NAVISWORK 3D modeling, efficient and rapid installation, debugging, and commissioning have been achieved through modular prefabrication.

2018年

In August, Suzhou Cornigs Polols Co., Ltd. was established

In October, won the silver medal of China Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition

In December, Cornigs Polyol was selected into the Soochow Leading Talent Program


2020年
In February, the first phase of Cornigs Polyol was approved by the Food and Drug Administration

In December, the expansion of the second phase of the polyol production line of Cornigs was completed

In December, the planning and design of Cornigs Phase III  production line begins

In March, strategic investors were introduced

In April, it was selected as a demonstration enterprise for the integration of industrialization and industrialization in Jiangsu Province
