Ethylene glycol stearate diester is an organic compound, a colorless to light yellow waxy solid, non-toxic and combustible. Insoluble in water, soluble in acetone, benzene, chloroform and other solvents. After heating and dissolving or emulsifying in the surfactant complex, the cooling process will precipitate from the lens-like crystallization, thus producing pearlescent luster. It also has both conditioning, thickening and antistatic effects. It was prepared by melting stearic acid and adding ethylene glycol and sodium hydroxide for enzymatic reaction. Can be used in cosmetics beaded agent, thickening agent, such as shampoo, bath liquid beaded agent, also used as polyvinyl chloride hot melt viscosity reducer.
Used for shampoo, bath liquid, moisturizing ointment and high-grade liquid detergent, etc. It can also be used as pearl light dispersant, solubilizer, lubricant and gold house processing detergent and fiber processing field. When the product is cold, the bead sheet should be prepared in advance.
