1、 Preamble
Suzhou Cornigs Polyols Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is committed to conducting business responsibly and ethically. We recognize the importance of respecting and protecting human rights throughout our supply chain. This policy is based on the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the ILO Fundamental Conventions, The International Bill of Human Rights and applicable Chinese laws and regulations.
2、 Scope of Application
This policy applies to all employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, as well as all external parties with business relationships with the Company, including customers, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
3、Human Rights Commitments
The Company commits to the following principles:
No forced or compulsory labour
No child labour (no employment under age 16)
No trafficking in persons
Responsible recruitment practices (no fees, no coercion, no retention of ID documents)
No discrimination on the basis of race, gender, age, religion, disability, marital or political status
Gender equality and women’s empowerment
Freedom of association and collective bargaining
No harassment, abuse, or degrading treatment
Working hours in accordance with local laws
Minimum wage, living wage, and fair benefits
Safe and healthy working and living conditions
Right to privacy and data protection
Remediation and grievance mechanism with protection for whistleblowers
Support for smallholders and their living income (where applicable)
Respect for FPIC rights of Indigenous Peoples and local communities (where applicable)
Zero tolerance for any form of discrimination, violence, or human rights abuse
4、 Grievance and Whistleblower Mechanism
The Company encourages employees and partners to report any potential or actual human rights violations. Reports can be sent to the General Manager via email at sunke@cornigs.com. The Company ensures confidentiality and protection from retaliation for whistleblowers. Please refer to the Whistleblower Protection Policy for details.
5、Policy Review and Update
The Company will regularly review and update this policy in light of changes in laws and regulations, industry best practices, and business development needs, to ensure its ongoing relevance and effectiveness.
