Suzhou Kening Polyol Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") adheres to a responsible and ethical business philosophy in conducting its business activities. The company fully recognizes the importance of respecting and protecting human rights throughout the entire supply chain, striving to provide employees with a safe and healthy working and living environment.


1. Purpose

In order to strengthen the protection of human rights for employees and relevant stakeholders, in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization's Core Conventions, the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the Labour Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Persons with Disabilities, the Labour Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, the company, in consideration of its actual situation, has formulated this policy.


2. Scope of Application

This policy is a public statement applicable to all employees of the company and its subsidiaries, as well as all external parties with business relations with the company, including customers, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.


3.Content of Human Rights Protection

Our human rights protection policy includes the following aspects:

3.1 Prohibition of forced or compulsory labor

3.2 Resistance against human trafficking

3.3 Prohibition of child labor (individuals under the age of sixteen)

3.4 Respect for employment diversity and opposition to discrimination

3.5 Support for freedom of employment

3.6 Ensuring equal employment, unaffected by factors such as race, gender, ethnicity, age, social class, religion, gender identity, union membership, political stance, or disability

3.7 Respect for women's rights

3.8 Prohibition of violence and harassment, respecting employees' privacy and dignity

3.9 Guaranteeing freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining

3.10 Reasonable arrangement of working hours in accordance with local laws and regulations

3.11 Providing a safe, healthy working environment, and basic employee benefits

3.12 Zero tolerance for discriminatory behavior


4. Complaints and Reporting

Employees or partners who identify (or have reasonable grounds to suspect) any improper or unlawful behavior within their scope of work should promptly report to the company or directly lodge a complaint with the General Manager of the company (email: sunke@cornigs.com). Whistleblowers will be protected; please refer to the Whistleblower Protection Policy for specific information.


5.Policy Review

The company regularly reviews and updates this policy in accordance with legal regulations, its own business development, industry common practices, and established standards.
