Suzhou Cornigs Polyols Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recognizes the importance of sustainability and traceability, considering economic, environmental, and social benefits in the production and operation processes. The company is committed to producing high-quality palm oil products that meet customer demands. It adheres to requirements such as avoiding deforestation, not cultivating peatlands, and not exploiting labor, promoting environmentally and socially responsible palm oil procurement.

In conducting business, the company shall:

1. Comply with existing legal obligations, laws, regulations, and other applicable requirements signed by the group.

2. Commit to purchasing and providing recognized sustainable palm oil as per customer requirements.

3. Encourage palm oil suppliers and plantations to adopt best practices for sustainable palm oil, including but not limited to not logging high conservation value (HCV) or high carbon stock (HCS) forests, not developing new projects on peatlands, not using burning methods for land preparation or clearing, adhering to human rights policies and protective measures that comply with international standards, and implementing transparent principles for palm oil supply chain traceability and management.

4. Maintain, monitor, report, evaluate, audit, and continuously improve the company's palm oil procurement management system to strive for international advanced management standards.

5. Communicate with all employees, business partners, and other relevant parties to ensure their understanding of the company's management system requirements and respective obligations.

If employees or partners of the company discover (or have reasonable suspicion of) any improper or unlawful conduct within their scope of work, they should promptly report to the company or directly complain to the company's general manager (email: sunke@cornigs.com). Whistleblowers will be protected; please refer to the "Whistleblower Protection Policy" for specific information.

The company regularly reviews and updates this policy based on legal regulations, its own business development, industry practices, and good standards.
