Reported by Shao Qun, the third
"Innovate Jiangsu" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition finals
were recently held in Nanjing. Yesterday, it was learned from the Suzhou
Municipal Human Resources Department that after intense competition, Suzhou
participants and projects won a total of 6 awards, including the first prize in
the entrepreneurship project competition, ranking first in the province in
terms of the number of awards and rankings.
The finals of this competition were
divided into two categories: the Entrepreneurship Model and the
Entrepreneurship Project competition. Our city had two model candidates and
three entrepreneurial projects advancing to the finals. Among them, the
Entrepreneurship Project competition adopted a "project roadshow +
question and answer" format. Sun Ke, the founder of Suzhou Cornigs Polyol
Co., Ltd., won the championship with the project "Development and
Utilization of Functional Polyols." The company focuses on the functional
development and high-value transformation of polyols. In 2017, the company won
a lawsuit over intellectual property rights against a US company, becoming the
only winning enterprise in the same category of transnational intellectual
property rights in Jiangsu Province that year. Sun Ke stated that the company
will be headquartered in Suzhou and radiate high-end scientific and
technological innovation enterprises across the country with the Yangtze River
Delta as its core.
In addition, Suzhou Wandon New Materials
Co., Ltd.'s project "Research and Industrialization of Digital Inkjet
Coating Functional Materials" won the runner-up in the entrepreneurship
project competition. The project of Magpie Branch Cultural Communication Co.,
Ltd., engaged in high-end customized dessert table design and cultural and
creative souvenir design, won the third prize in the entrepreneurship project
competition.
The Entrepreneurship Model competition
adopted a "short film introduction + on-site speech + question and
answer" format. Chen Deqiang, founder of Suzhou Langdong Network
Technology Co., Ltd., won the second prize in the "Entrepreneurship
Model" competition and was named one of the "Top Ten Entrepreneurial
Models of Jiangsu" in the "Innovate Jiangsu" series. Chen
Deqiang's "Qichacha" project is the first in the country to perfectly
combine enterprise big data queries with the mobile end. Users can query
enterprise credit information anytime, anywhere through WeChat and mobile apps.
Since its establishment in 2014, "Qichacha" has created more than 250
jobs, with sales exceeding one hundred million yuan last year. In addition,
Zhang Xue, general manager of Suzhou Miwei Culture and Art Co., Ltd., won the
"Top Ten Entrepreneurial Models of Jiangsu" for university students
in the "Innovate Jiangsu" series and the only Best Popularity Award
in the entire competition.
It is understood that the "Innovate
Jiangsu" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition series has been held
continuously for three sessions. Thirteen people in our city have won awards in
the "Innovate Jiangsu" series of competitions, including five who
have won the provincial model title.
