1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all operating locations of the Company and its subsidiaries globally, including production sites, office areas, and related business units. Suppliers and business partners are also encouraged to adhere to this policy.

2. Company Commitment

The Company is committed to continuously reducing water waste in its operations and supply chain, and promoting the sustainable use of water through the following actions:

1. Identification and Assessment of Water Waste Risks: Regularly conduct water balance tests and audits to evaluate risks and identify water-intensive processes;

2. Setting Water Efficiency Targets: Based on current water consumption benchmarks, set phased targets to reduce water intensity per unit product by 15% by 2025 compared to 2023;

3. Optimization of Production Water Use: Adopt high-efficiency water-saving equipment, improve cooling and cleaning water use, and implement closed-loop water systems;

4. Promotion of Water Reuse: Promote condensate recovery, greywater recycling, and rainwater harvesting to maximize water reuse efficiency;

5. Enhanced Monitoring and Management: Install flow meters and water quality monitoring systems to enable real-time data collection, alerts, and analysis;

6. Water-Saving Training and Awareness: Strengthen employee awareness through regular training and promotion of water-saving behavior standards;

7. Regulatory Compliance and External Communication: Strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations, cooperate with water authority assessments, and disclose water management performance to the public.

3. Policy Review

This policy will be periodically reviewed based on legal changes, industry evolution, and company practices. Progress on implementation will be disclosed in sustainability or ESG reports.
