1. Comply with the UN Convention on Biological Diversity and all relevant national and local laws and regulations.

2. Adhere to the NDPE (No Deforestation, No Peat, No Exploitation) policy, which applies to both company operations and suppliers.

3. Ensure sustainable sourcing of raw materials, avoiding environmentally harmful practices.

4. Avoid operating in ecologically sensitive areas such as redline zones and endangered species habitats.

5. Engage in restoration and conservation projects to mitigate ecological degradation.

6. Raise awareness and participation among employees and stakeholders regarding biodiversity protection.

7.Conduct periodic self-evaluations and policy reviews, incorporating industry best practices.

3. Policy Review

This policy will be periodically reviewed based on legal changes, industry evolution, and company practices. Progress on implementation will be disclosed in sustainability or ESG reports.
