The Fourth "Jiangsu Youth Double Innovation Talents" Youth Sharing Conference was held in Wuxi on December 28. A attending physician at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, Gu Jian is 34 years old and of Hui ethnicity, holding a graduate degree and a Ph.D. Returning to China in 2014 after studying abroad, he dedicated himself to innovative applications in hepatobiliary surgery and liver transplantation. He pioneered the establishment of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)-level preparation protocols for regulatory T (Treg) cells, conducting the world's first clinical study on T-cell-induced liver transplantation tolerance with promising results. He founded the T-cell Clinical Translation Research Center and obtained international patents for antigen-specific T-cell therapies.

Zuo Chao, Leading the Field of Intelligent Computational Imaging at the Forefront of the World


Zuo Chao is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Nanjing University of Science and Technology. He serves as the Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Base for Image Measurement Technology Research under the Ministry of Science and Technology and is also the Dean and Executive Director of the Institute of Intelligent Computational Imaging at Nanjing University of Science and Technology. At 34 years old, he is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a doctoral degree.

As one of the pioneers in the field of optical phase measurement and imaging internationally, Zuo Chao has engaged in over a decade of in-depth and systematic research on "computational optical imaging." He has developed the theory and methods of "non-interference quantitative phase measurement" and manufactured the world's first non-interfering, multi-modal quantitative phase microscope, solving the problem of label-free dynamic three-dimensional imaging of biological cells. Wu Ziyue, Revolutionizing MRI with Ultrasound-like Size and Cost


Wu Ziyue is the chairman of Wuxi Ming Shijunzhi Medical Technology Co., Ltd. At 35 years old, he holds a doctoral degree and is a senior engineer.

With a long-term commitment to researching new magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technologies, Wu Ziyue proposed rapid imaging methods that improve efficiency by 100 times compared to conventional methods. Luo Sang is a young chief professor and doctoral supervisor at Southeast University. At 38 years old, he is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a doctoral degree.

He is dedicated to research on smart transportation infrastructure and special pavement technologies. He has led 22 projects, including those funded by the National Key Research and Development Program, the National Natural Science Foundation, the Jiangsu Province Distinguished Young Scholars Program, and national major engineering projects. He has also edited three industry, local, and group standards and has been granted 15 national invention patents in China, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Yao Taike serves as a researcher, chief designer, and deputy director of the Control Law Department at the Control System Research Institute of China Aviation Industry Corporation. He is also certified as an Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) by the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE). At 36 years old, he is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a doctoral degree.

With a strong commitment to the independent research and development of aircraft engines, Yao Taike has undertaken the development of several key model engine control systems. In the areas of onboard modeling and control law design for aircraft engines, he has overcome numerous technical challenges and achieved multiple innovative outcomes, earning him recognition with two provincial and ministerial-level science and technology awards.
