The fifth session of the Wuzhong District People's Congress and the third session of the Wuzhong District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) of Suzhou City were held from January 7th to January 9th at the Taihu International Conference Center. Our company's party branch secretary, Sun Ke, attended the conference as a member of the CPPCC, actively participating in political consultation, offering suggestions, and putting forward proposals concerning economic hotspots and practical issues related to people's livelihood in the district.

The proposal he brought forth was titled "Proposal on Clarifying Industrial Carriers, Implementing 'Industrial Upstairs', Promoting 'Data Acquisition', and Comprehensive Advancing the Quality Improvement and Quantity Increase of Economic Development in Our District." Given the complex and ever-changing external environment and the opportunities and challenges of economic transformation and upgrading, it is more imperative than ever to foster a "Flying Geese Effect " at this time, to propel the district's economy to achieve effective qualitative improvement and reasonable quantitative growth, ushering it into a new stage of development.

The competition in the future is the competition of technological innovation, the competition of key industrial clusters, and even the competition of key industrial chains. By implementing "industrial upgrading" as a pilot initiative, promoting "data localization," and creating high-quality, high-standard, and high-capacity industrial carrier resources, we aim to provide abundant support for high-quality advanced manufacturing industries. We will continue to advance multidimensional and diversified project attraction, promote the "333+N" modern industrial system, focus on building leading enterprises as chain leaders, construct ten key industrial clusters and thirty key industrial chains forming a "1030" industrial system, and persist in the vital aspect of the development strategy of "innovation-driven, industrial strength zone." All these efforts are aimed at steering the course for the high-quality development of "Heavenly Suzhou, Beautiful Wuzhong" and scripting a new chapter of development.
