Reflections:

During this viewing and learning session, listening to the stories of the anti-epidemic heroes recounting the frontline battle against the epidemic inspired me deeply, leading to a deeper understanding of the great spirit of epidemic prevention and control, which emphasizes the supremacy of life, unity of the nation, self-sacrifice, respect for science, and shared destiny.

With the onset of the novel coronavirus, everyone was on high alert, and epidemic prevention and control became everyone's responsibility. The country, society, and the vast number of medical workers actively engaged in the battle against the epidemic. On the battlefield without gunpowder, many heroic figures faced off against the invisible enemy. Most touching are the "most beautiful volunteers" who sacrificed their own interests for the sake of society – the medical workers fighting on the frontlines. In their rescue work, their faces were chafed by masks, their clothes soaked with sweat, and some even slept only two hours a day. When disaster struck, it was these "most beautiful volunteers" who charged forward, silently dedicating themselves to fighting the epidemic.

The medical workers on the frontlines of epidemic prevention and control contributed their strength through practical actions, forming a "rolling warm current" to construct the "steel Great Wall" of epidemic prevention and control. This spirit will also inspire us, the vast number of students, to fear no difficulties and forge ahead.

Reflection:

After listening to the entrepreneurial experience shared by Sun Ke, the general manager of Suzhou Cornigs Polyols Co., Ltd., I was deeply moved. At present, China is in a stage of rapid economic development, and the continuous improvement of comprehensive national strength has made China increasingly prominent on the world stage. In order to promote the development of high-tech industries, China has provided a favorable entrepreneurial environment for young people in the new era, including entrepreneurial policies of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation," as well as various benefits and subsidies for start-up companies. Moreover, young people in the new era can participate in various innovation and entrepreneurship competitions organized by the country during their university years, providing opportunities and challenges for self-improvement and self-expression.

Sun Ke specifically shared his three entrepreneurial experiences: the first was in the laboratory, the second was to manufacture globally leading GMP-standard fully automated production lines, and the third was to be involved in intellectual property litigation initiated by the American Corning Group. These three experiences made me understand the importance of firmly engaging in technological innovation, immersing oneself in cutting-edge technology, and leading the industry. As young people in the new era, we should have the courage to innovate, the practicality to start a business, and the ability to create, not fearing difficulties but continuing to move forward, dedicating ourselves to the fields needed by our motherland.

Reflection:

The story told by the anti-epidemic hero Qi Wei, about the medical team from Nanjing who went to assist Hubei, wearing white coats and setting off on a journey against the epidemic, allows us to truly understand the difficulties encountered by medical workers in the process of fighting the epidemic, as well as their perseverance and determination. They raced against time, fought against death, and focused all their efforts on treating patients, striving for meticulous management and effective treatment.

In this world, there is no tranquility, only because there are people who carry the burden for us; there are no born heroes, only because people need them, and they are willing to sacrifice to become heroes! There is a city called unity; there are soldiers called angels in white; there is a spirit called going against the tide; there is a confidence called unity. In the outbreak of the epidemic, while everyone stayed at home, it was these continuous streams of white coats heading to the front line of the epidemic. These "most beautiful volunteers" are also sons and daughters, parents, but they resist this unknown "enemy" with their flesh and blood. On this battlefield without gunpowder, what flows is not red blood but white snowflakes; under the dense protection, bright eyes reveal firmness, warm hearts show determination, and hot blood demonstrates faith. Under the heavens, there are few heroes, and all living beings have hot blood! It is because of these ordinary yet extraordinary people that a bit of heat and light are emitted, and the light remains.

As Dr. Qi said: "When the country is in trouble, it is the responsibility of every man. When called upon, we come; when we come, we fight; when we fight, we win." As contemporary university students, we should seize the day and live up to the time, using all our strength for the frontline fighters who are fighting against the epidemic. We await the arrival of spring in the ice and snow, looking forward to the reunion when the mountain flowers bloom.

Reflection:

"When the country is in trouble, everyone must step forward." In this COVID-19 epidemic, countless medical workers actively responded to the call of the Party, fearlessly charging to the forefront. Dean Qi Jianwei led his team to Wuhan, fighting on the front lines of the epidemic. Even though the medical conditions were somewhat harsh at that time, they did not hesitate to find ways to treat patients day and night. In the end, under their perseverance and efforts, they created the miracle of "zero deaths." Behind this miracle, there were their blood and tears.

In this epidemic, I felt the strong patriotism of the Chinese people, the selfless dedication of medical workers, and the powerful cohesion of the Chinese Communist Party. As a member of the Communist Youth League, we should actively respond to the call of the Party, strive to improve ourselves, and be responsible and mission-oriented young people of the times.

Reflection:

"To achieve extreme manufacturing with ultimate design, to challenge extreme environments." This is not only the exploration voice of Ye Cong, the chief navigator of the "Jiaolong" submersible, but also a true portrayal of the Chinese people breaking through difficulties and exploring challenges.

After years of research, effort, and dedication, China has made significant breakthroughs in the field of deep-sea exploration, standing proudly in the East. This substantial achievement is inseparable from the efforts of scientific researchers, the unremitting support of the people, and the excellent and powerful institutional system of China.

Similarly, achievements rely on the people and will be shared by the people. The development of deep-sea exploration has driven China's exploration and research in resource development, environmental pollution, and other issues, bringing benefits to people's lives.

"Aspire to achieve extraordinary things, but remain humble and unknown." As the successors of the new era, we should bravely stand at the forefront and contribute to realizing the Chinese Dream.

Reflection:

In 2020, the novel coronavirus ravaged China, infecting tens of thousands of people, and a war without gunpowder smoke began. At this time, fearless Chinese people united as one, facing the difficulties together, and jointly fought against the epidemic.

On the Lantern Festival evening of February 8th, Vice President Qi Jianwei of the First Hospital of Nanjing received a call from the hospital's party secretary, appointing him as the leader of the second medical team to support Hubei. Vice President Qi immediately rushed to the hospital and completed the assembly within an hour, with 56 medical staff voluntarily signing up for this assistance. Faced with such an urgent situation and unknown dangers ahead, they did not hesitate and wrote letters of application. Some medical staff even concealed their departure from their families and embarked on this dangerous journey. They arrived in Wuhan like saviors, charging fearlessly at the forefront.

Nietzsche once said, "Every life that does not dance is a betrayal of life." Have you not seen a large number of aspiring young people writing letters of application that say "regardless of rewards, regardless of life or death" to serve the country? Have you not seen beautiful nurses shaving off their long and beautiful hair to avoid cross-infection? Have you not seen resilient medical staff skipping meals and not using the restroom to save scarce protective clothing, working continuously for eight hours?

Until today, China's epidemic has been well controlled. This is mainly due to the correct leadership of the Party, the brave and fearless dedication of medical workers, and the unity of the Chinese people. This is another significant evidence proving the superiority of the socialist system, greatly enhancing the Chinese people's confidence in the social system.

Reflection:

When the country needs it, and the people demand it, our medical staff step forward, saying, "If there is a war, we will be called upon, and we will win the battle!"

There are no heroes who fall from the sky, only ordinary people who step forward. Just like Qi Jianwei and his team, they traveled to Nanjing to support Hubei's medical team, facing enormous pressure and adverse conditions, but still resolutely created the miracle of "zero deaths."

They respect life and do not give up on any patient, carefully examining each one or establishing specialized research groups, treating each patient with all their heart and soul. They are dedicated to their work, volunteering to go to the front lines. "Saving lives and helping the wounded is our job," they answer forcefully. They work tirelessly for more than ten hours in a row, feeling genuine joy when a patient is saved. They have faith in the country. In such a critical situation, they remain calm, follow the leadership of the Party, and obey its commands. As a member of the Party committee, Qi Jianwei fully utilized the fighting fortress role of the Party branch. All medical staff promote common values and empathy, ultimately creating the miracle of "zero deaths."

"Underneath the civilian clothes is ordinariness, but beneath the white coat is extraordinariness." With the determination to win, they continue to move forward.
