Establishing youth entrepreneurship models is an important means of guiding young talents in entrepreneurship and assisting in innovative entrepreneurship practices. Since 2016, Suzhou City has selected entrepreneurship models and stars for six consecutive years, cultivating a large number of outstanding entrepreneurship models and achieving excellent results in provincial and national competitions. Since the initiation of the selection activity for the "Youth Entrepreneurship Model" in the 2021 "China-Suzhou" National College Students Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, nearly a hundred candidates have been recommended through preliminary screening by various districts and counties after extensive publicity and mobilization in the early stage. After expert review and assessment, 20 candidates stood out and participated in the on-site selection event for the "Youth Entrepreneurship Model". Following the candidates' presentations and defenses, 10 young entrepreneurship models were comprehensively evaluated.
The candidates for the 2021 Youth Entrepreneurship Model come from ten sectors across the city, covering various fields such as high-end equipment manufacturing, information technology, new materials, modern agriculture, modern services, cultural creativity, and others. They gather innovative elements and contribute to the urban development momentum with the acceleration of new technologies, new industries, new formats, and new models.

Sun Ke, male, born in 1991, graduated from Nanjing Tech University with a master's degree in business administration in 2016. During his university years, he participated in entrepreneurship competitions and won the gold prize, determined to lead a team to start a business. He broke through the key technical bottlenecks of polyol industrialization and established the first professional company in China for the research, production, and application of polyols. He obtained the first polyol investment project approval from the Jiangsu Development and Reform Commission, built the first fully automated production line with GMP standard and core independent intellectual property rights in China, and pioneered a production mode that can be monitored, managed, and traced in the industry.
